Is it because he accidentally ate a small piece of pee pad and caused abnormal red blood cells to more than 800, but it is obvious that he defecated?

I am not aware that Bactrim is an analgesic.

Potassium citrate may not help him. An explanation on the stones page:
Polycitra (Urocit-K) is a prescription medication used to increase urine alkalinity and bind calcium, helping to prevent the formation of calcium oxalate stones in cats and dogs. Since guinea pigs naturally have alkaline urine (8.5 pH>) and usually do not develop oxalate stones, Polycitra may not be beneficial.
I'm afraid I cannot answer your other questions.

I haven't found any parasites on him, but he keeps biting the hair on his limbs, back, behind his ears and inside his ears. It kept scratching these areas and trying to bite off the hair there. The skin behind the ears was also red from its scratching. In addition, he has lost 30 grams of weight in the past four days. Four days ago, I tested his urine, which showed nearly 900 red blood cells. The identified pathogen was coccidia, and I recalled that the first time he had a problem, she was treated with Bactrim and Meloxicam for 14 days, after which he excreted a large amount of sludge, which suggests that this medication severely damaged his bladder. And I see that he has been very unwell for her lately, I was curious about the previous test which confirmed that he had recovered, but this time the results showed that the problem had not been fully resolved. I don't know what's wrong with it. He often has dents in his stool 9 times out of 10 I can see dents in his stool.
I did find two types of insects on the floor of the house and I'm worried that they could be hurting him. Although I didn't find any parasites on him, he still has black discharge from his ears, and the last time I examined his skin I found some fungal hyphae in front of the ear in his right ear, and the doctor didn't prescribe me any medication. I don't think he knows much about checking his body for worms in China because I suspect that there is a good chance that there are parts of his body that are problematic, isn't it true that if there is a fungus in the hairs, it is not possible to detect it by taking any part of the whole body? Then there was the test I did on the ears and no ear mites were found. He scratches his body a lot, bites his fur and loses hair badly. I have to medicate it now and can't wait any longer. Please help me. In addition, as there may be differences in Chinese and English translations, I would appreciate it if you could clearly provide the brand name and the exact name of the medication. That way, I won't risk hurting him by buying the wrong product. Is there a difference between Ivermectin and Itraconazole? I this I this

"Is there a difference between Ivermectin and Itraconazole?"

They are two different medications.

Ivermectin is a generic name. Mites are a strong possibility, given the biting and scratching you describe.

Look for ivermectin.

My doctor told me that Ivermectin needs to be injected in China, and now I can take him to my doctor, afraid of giving him the wrong one. Can he solve this problem with injections? If I could, I would take him right now because I found that I was using the wrong dosage of salicylic acid, which made it itch more and more.

Sorry to bother you again, but I was able to find Selaromycin in China, even though it is an imitation product, it still contains the same active ingredient. Yesterday, I gave him the smallest dose, which was applied behind his neck. However, within less than an hour, when I was cleaning him with water, I accidentally touched it. Moreover, I'm worried that it might no longer be effective.I’m thinking of using it for him now, but I’m not sure if it’s okay.Additionally, what dosage should I use? I noticed that the one mentioned in the guidelines is for the smallest size, which is less than 2.5 kg. I'm concerned that this dosage might not be sufficient, given that Chinese veterinarians can be quite particular. I made it clear to him that I needed to get rid of the parasites, but he told me to use the smallest dosage, saying that he hadn't seen any bugs and that there was no need for treatment. However, by that point, he was already experiencing a lot of itching. We then had him tested, which revealed that he had a fungal infection. But the doctor didn't prescribe any medication because perhaps he wasn't very knowledgeable about I took him for a lab test today. The results were sent to the doctor, who said that using itraconazole could damage his liver function, and that ivermectin was even more harmful. The doctor suggested that I should ask for a prescription for nystatin.Nystatin, I wanted to take it, but he also told me it was toxic. I feel that my child is currently being harmed by fungi and some microscopic mites that are not visible to the naked eye and cannot be detected by instruments. I want to get rid of this, but I am at a loss as to how to proceed. The situation is similar in Chinese hospitals.

Family members, I just took another look at the photo of the bug I discovered the night before yesterday. Upon careful examination, it turned out to be identical to the lice mentioned on our learning website. Oh my God, it's so scary, I said why did he keep scratching, it seems that my judgment is the same as what everyone told me, he is infected with bugs, I am so angry I took this photo to show all the people who claimed to be exotic pet doctors, and none of them saw it. Additionally, I purchased this medication, and the dosage given to him was 0.05cc, as recommended on the forum. However, there was a small amount of liquid (about one or two drops) that could not be extracted. It is unclear whether this has any impact. Furthermore, I would like to ask if after applying this solution, the mites and lice can be effectively eliminated. I realized why he had been so unhappy lately; he was eating less and had digestive issues. It turns out that this was the root cause of his unhappiness. Additionally, he was also suffering from a fungal infection. I have decided to continue using itraconazole 0.45 until the full 7-day course is completed.

Due to differences in translation between Chinese and English, I have posted the product I purchased here, as I was afraid of making a mistake. It was mentioned below that a particular product should not be used with guinea pigs, and I am unsure if I might have made a wrong purchase. I am now feeling quite anxious.
This is the product that I purchased.

I've made a significant discovery. After reading articles about ear mites, I realised both ear mites and lice have infested my pet. What should I do now? I'm now absolutely certain its bodily organs have been damaged, which is why various parts of its body are inflamed and show signs of injury. The lion outside—I've just administered some medication. The scratching marks have visibly diminished, though it still scratches. Now it's the ear mites, particularly deep within its body. I shall never trust a vet again. What steps should I take next? I require your guidance on how to instruct the doctor regarding injections, as I'm unfamiliar with the procedure. Additionally, I've just applied Imidacloprid and Moxidectin Spot-on. Can this be administered concurrently with injections?

I wouldn't worry about dents in stool as long as they are of otherwise a good consistency. Increasing water intake could help with sludge.

I think you should concentrate on treatment for mites and lice at this point. What you used "Imidacloprid & Moxidectin Spot on Solutions (for Cats)" appears to be what is called Advantage Multi in the United States. It is safe for guinea pigs and is effective for both lice and mites so that is good. It is okay if there is a small amount left in the syringe. The dosage accounts for that. I don't know if the application needs to be repeated. Perhaps someone else can provide information on that. What would the injections be for?

Because it contains parasites, as I previously mentioned, I found two types of insects. After comparing the article, the first insect is a rabbit ear mite, and the second is a lice. After using it, the frequency of scratching its body has decreased, but it is still scratching its head and biting its leg hair. So there must be plenty of it in his body as well. If I could handle it myself at home, I wouldn't rely on a doctor to do it for him, because injections can also be painful for him. I've listed the Ivermectin I can purchase here; could you help me check if it's what he needs? Is that okay? Because I'm afraid that the content and proportion might be incorrect.

I am currently able to find Ivi-Ivi Chlorhexidine, but I have noticed that it comes in two forms, one of which is for injection and has a higher concentration.Which one should I choose, or should I just buy all of them for him?
