If have battery operated toothbrush you can use it on her tummy if can she has a tummy ache. You could also try Reglan to help move things in her tummy and to help her poop.

You could try wrapping her in a towel to hold her so she feels more secure when being held. Try talking to her softly, move slowly and offer treats. Hopefully in time she'll come round.

If her weight is stable and she’s not bloaty or hunched up in pain, she may be eating her poops. Two of mine did that after antibiotics when their digestion was messed up. Benebac helps as well as hay or CC. She may need more time to get used to proper food instead of whatever she was getting previously. Millie has done this a few times and always had me worried.

Thank you both very much! She does it more frequently, now..

She did get tiny little better..she does come out sometimes if i or somebody else is watching from the distance which is huge step for her..
I agree, 100%, more time to get used to normal food and everything else..she looks a bit more excited/naughty, now
