Baby Age

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Did your female guinea pig have babies, and you're asking at what age they need to be separated by gender? Please know that male guinea pigs reach sexual/reproductive age very young---typically by 3 weeks of age:

It's important to make sure that you accurately determine the sex of all babies, and separate males from mom and sisters in order to avoid further accidental pregnancy.

If you intend to re-home any or all of the babies once they are old enough to be on their own, please be sure to ask an adoption fee rather than offering them for "free." This will help prevent them falling into the hands of snake owners who are always on the look-out for cheap/free food sources for their pet snakes.
Also, consider printing and offering these GL care guides to anyone interested in adopting them, to help ensure they are taken care of properly:

My guinea pig had 4 pups; 2 boys and 2 girls. I separated the baby boys from the girls and their mother at 4 weeks. The first couple of days were a little tough for them as they cried for their mother and were very skiddish, but they got over it and they became very outgoing. I believe that being together helped a lot.
When I separated them, they were right at 4 weeks old and I noticed them starting to take an interest in the females. No mounting or serious attempts to mate, but they started sniffing and nudging at their hind ends. That's why I did it. Good thing I did.
