I would like to start off by stating that I’m going to call the vet as soon as they open tomorrow!
Today when I was doing my weekly health check of my guinea pigs I noticed a lump on the leg of my 5 year old guinea pig. I was wondering if anyone knew what it might be and had any advice that might be useful?

Thanks!

It's too blurry to tell anything about it.

Is it soft, or hard? Does it move easily, or is it fixed in place? Does he scratch or bite at it? Does it seem to be painful?

He wasn’t happy about me taking the picture so he kept moving his leg
It’s hard on the top and softer towards the edges and it moves pretty easily. I haven’t seen him pick at it and I don’t think it’s causing him any pain at the moment.

Yes, it's hard to make out what it might be.

If you haven't, you might look over this page:

I'd take him to the vet.

Soft and squishy is almost never anything to worry about. Easily moveable is less worrisome than fixed in place. But hard can be a red flag. So you've got a mixed bag, and that requires a vet to check it out.
