I know - that's an odd question (that only a guinea pig slave would ask). I've been fostering guinea pigs, and my latest one could have used some healthy pig poo (her poo was a little soft). If I were to freeze a healthy guinea pig's poo, would enough of the good bacteria survive to give to a guinea pig that's just a bit off? Just thinking ahead to what I might run into in the future.

Thanks.

I would only bother to freeze the cecal feces (stinky green ones). If yogurt cultures are frozen, they kind of go dormant so I am guessing you could do this.
